About Our Process

Located at an elevation of 1800 ft. in the heart of the "Green Mountains" of Vermont, boiling season is a short period of time.  The sap begins to flow around March 1st and continues until approximately April 5th, depending on the number of freezing nights and thawing days.

On average it takes 44 gallons of sweet sap of the maple tree, boiled down, to produce one gallon of Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. (read more)
